ADAN Canto, the Mexican-American actor who went from musician to Hollywood leading man, has died.
Deadline broke that the singer-turned-actor died following a private battle with appendicial cancer.
Canto most recently portrayed the male lead for the first two seasons of Fox’s drama series The Cleaning Lady.
Even though he was unable to film when the next Season 3 got underway in December after the strikes ended, he still intended to return to the cast later in the season.
He was 42 at the time of his death.
