Monica Paulino (@monicampaulino) filmed herself shopping in a video on TikTok.

“If you’re a thrifter, you literally must learn what good quality things feel like,” she said.

“If you want to find the good s**t, look at this. So I found these sweatpants,” she added.

She revealed that although she hadn’t heard of the brand, she knew they were elevated by the feel.

“They’re from the brand Thom Browne. Don’t know it. This is on the little leg. Like basic cotton sweatpants, right?” she said.

“They felt really high quality. They just — I don’t know why — they just felt thick and nice and super comfy.

“So I looked up how much these suckers sell for. Oh my God. They retail for $800. $800 cotton sweatpants? Isn’t that unbelievable?” she added.

The pants are called the by Thom Browne, retailing for $790 from Nordstrom.

She described the find as “insane,” feeling blessed to procure the pricy pants at a steal.

“Insane,” she said. “Bless the thrift gods.”

The video drew in many viewers who weighed in on the thrift store win.

“Thom Browne is sold in the men’s designer department at Nordstrom. Definitely a flex type brand,” one wrote.

“It’s the four stripes,” another added. “That’s how you know it’s Thom Browne.”

“That’s the designer that did Travis and Kourtney Kardashian’s Met Gala outfit two years ago,” a third commented.

“I love when something random and unfamiliar just calls out to me and I hit gold with it,” yet another wrote.

“Knowing how to feel quality is a must,” one more said.
