MANY mums and daughters are close, but you’ll struggle to find two that are closer than this.
As well as looking virtually identical, Savana Chapin has shocked Tiktok by revealing that she is just seven years older than her ‘daughter’.
For those scratching their heads wondering how that is possible, you aren’t alone.
In fact, 29-year-old Savana and 22-year-old Tizzi regularly go viral on Tiktok thanks to their uncanny resemblance.
Whilst you’d mistake them for sisters walking down the street, the pair aren’t related by blood.
Instead, Savana is actually stepmum to the twentysomethingand married Tizzi’s dad, 44-year-old salon owner Chris Chapin.
Their relationship began when Savana applied for a job as a stylist, with the Tiktok star and her much older boss immediately hit it off
Having recently divorced and with his life still in a ‘tailspin’, Chris had been hoping to find a new stylist for his salon – not a new wife.
Likewise, Savana had only just ended a long-term relationship and has previously revealed that she wasn’t ‘interested’ in finding someone so soon.
Despite their 16-year age gap, the pair eventually married and have had kids of their own.
Understandably, Tizzi was concerned about the coupe’s massive age gap – especially as she and her stepmom were so close in age.
“Tizzi was initially very thrown off,” Savana recalled, adding: “I know that if I was Tizzi’s age and my daddy came home with a girl that was closer in age to me than my dad, I probably would have whooped her a**.”
The then-teenager wasn’t the only one who doubts about the relationship.
Trolls regularly attack Savana’s Tiktok channel, calling her relationship with Chris ‘creepy’ and claiming that he wanted a ‘clone’ of his daughter.
Others accused the hair stylist of being a ‘home wrecker’, with the influencer admitting that she has a strained relationship with Tizzi’s biological mum.
Replying to a comment, she stated: “We leave each other alone for the most part. I don’t think she’s my biggest fan.”
Though many of us might have stopped posting, Savana hasn’t let trolls stop her from bonding with her stepdaughter and she claims that they are now ‘best friends’.
“Now we’re best friends and she’s my little right-hand man,” she gushed in a previous video, with the pair regularly posting videos of them dancing together on Tiktok.
If that weren’t impressive enough, they have so many fans that the step-mum and daughter duo have recently begun sell their own clothing line.
Capitalising on their unusual friendship, stylist Savana showed off the forest green jump which had ‘step mama’ in bold on the front.
For those who are curious, the sweater cost roughly £31 and even have motivational quotes on the sleeve for any stressed-out stepmums out there.
Whilst Savana and Tizzi still receive intense backlash about their bond, the pair are more than happy to ignore the haters.
She proud told fans on Youtube: “”Now we’re best friends and she’s my little right-hand man.”
It might be pretty unusual but we wish all blended families were able to get along this well.
