Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss’ widow Allison Holker opens up about the possibility of starting a new relationship in the future – 13 months after Ellen star’s tragic suicide
Allison Holker opened up about the possibility of dating again during a new episode of The Viall Files, which was released on Thursday.
The 35-year-old professional dancer was formerly married to Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss, who died by suicide in 2022 aged 40.
The television personality – who recently opened up about raising the children she welcomed with the media figure – began by stating that she had taken an extended period of time to reexamine her life and to think about her future.
‘It was very hard for me to learn to like myself again and to learn to love myself again…it’s a very complex situation I found myself in,’ she stated.
Holker then expressed that she had eventually come to terms with the idea of moving on with her life.

‘It took me a long time to accept all of those things and those complexities of everything. But at the end of the day, I love life,’ she stated.
When asked about the possibility of finding another romantic partner, Holker stated that she was open to dating again, although it was not one of her priorities.
‘Would I shy away from it? No. Am I looking for it? I don’t know…but I’m definitely not shying away from it,’ she said.
The professional dancer also added that she was optimistic about her future despite the untimely passing of her husband.
‘I am just such a lover of life and experience and adventure. I still find that the world is such a beautiful place. There’s so much to be experienced,’ she stated.
Holker added: ‘I had so many dark spaces I was in, that I had to be in for so many reasons…I’ve worked through them and we’ll see what happens.’
The professional dancer and her former husband initially met in 2006 and they tied the knot in 2013.
The couple went on to welcome a son and daughter named Maddox, seven, and Zaia, three, in 2016 and 2019, respectively.

Boss also adopted Holker’s daughter Weslie, 15, whom she shares with a former partner.
The couple also served as the hosts of the docuseries Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings, which aired from 2018 to 2020.
The pair remained together until 2022, when Boss took his own life at the age of 40.
Holker subsequently received an outpouring of support from her late husband’s longtime fans.
