‘He’s currently in custody for DUI,’ the officer responds, to which Hulk asks, ‘DUI. Did he blow?’

‘We’re at that point right now where he’s asking if he has to blow or not,’ the police officer told the pro-wrestler.

‘Cool, let me phone my lawyer real quick and see where we’re at – crazy, sorry about this,’ Hulk replied.

The officer explains that if Nick refuses to take a breathalyzer, he will lose his license.

‘He’s going to have the opportunity to go to a driver’s license hearing where he can get a hardship driver’s license,’ he added. ‘If this is his first DUI then there’s methods they can use to reduce the the charges.’

But the incident was not the first time Hogan was caught in hot water over reckless driving.

The recent arrest took place in the same city that Nick was involved in a serious accident 16 years earlier.

Back then, a judge sentenced Nick to eight months in jail. He has 12 other traffic violations on his record.

Without acknowledging his other run-ins, Hulk says: ‘Yeah this is his first DUI.’
