THE parents of a child killed when a Land Rover smashed into a school tea party have spoken for the first time.
Selena Lau and Nuria Sajjad, both 8, died following the July 6 horror at The Study prep school in Wimbledon, South West London.
Speaking to TalkTV, Selena’s parents say they are “suffering everyday” follow the tragedy.
Mum Jessie said: “I first saw her lying on a bed near the reception area.
“So alone with a tube in her mouth, blood stains and bruises on her face.”
Her dad Franky said; “We replay that day in our head every day. Was there anything we could have done to make that not happen.
“If it rained, they wouldn’t be having the picnic outside. All these different scenarios, every day.”
Police arrested a 46-year-old woman after her Land Rover crashed through a fence and ploughed into the school, killing Selena and another eight-year-old girl, Nuria Sajjad. More than fifteen others were injured, including a seven-month-old baby girl.
The driver has since been released under investigation.
