The actress, 41, covered her black dress with a huge, black, fluffy coat and held her purse and phone with one hand.
She sported a cool hair look – using gel to swoop a section of her brown locks across the side of her face.
The I Hate Suzie Too star wore suede black pointy heels and a statement black and silver choker-style necklace.
Billie joined several other celebrity guests at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House for the annual awards ceremony.

Meanwhile Martin, 51, famous for his eponymous Money Show, wore a bright blue coat with a black suit and purple tie and shiny black shoes.
Ben Shephard, 49, yet another presenter, looked handsome in an artistic dark blue coat and shiny red-brown shoes.
EastEnders star Emma Barton looked stunning and sophisticated in a jumpsuit with long sheer sleeves.
The outfit from Emma had a plunging neckline which gave a peek of a lace insert and she completed her look with heeled sandals.
Also there was Emma’s on-screen husband Perry Fenwick, 61, who paired a black suit with white trainers.

Billie is currently starring in I Hate Suzie Too, the sequel to dark comedy-drama I Hate Suzie which ran from 2020 to 2022.
I Hate Suzie Too has twice been nominated for the British Academy Television Awards and won the British Academy Television Craft Awards in 2021 and the Royal Television Society Awards in 2023.
Billie originally rose to fame as a pop singer at just 15, but has since become best known for her roles in Doctor Who as the companion of the Ninth and Tenth Doctors.
