Chloe Brockett has shown her support for her on/off boyfriend Jack Fincham following his drug-driving charge.

Reality star star Jack, 32, who won the 2018 series of Love Island, was stopped by police on August 26 last year as he allegedly travelled at high speed on the A2 near his home in Swanley, Kent.

He was released under investigation and was charged on Sunday with driving without insurance, driving with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit, and driving without due care and attention.

The Only Way Is Essex star Chloe, 23, took to her Instagram Stories on Friday to repost a picture taken by Jack as she sat with his mother while holding her had in the pub.

Jack could be seen smiling in the snap as the trio enjoyed the company of one another.

Pen salesman Jack will reportedly appear before a magistrate on March 13 after he was stopped by police last year, according to The Sun.

A statement from Kent Police read: ‘On February 4, 2024, Jack Fincham was charged with driving without insurance, driving with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit (relating to the consumption of cocaine), and driving without due care and attention.

‘He was also charged with fraudulently using a registration mark, namely a false number plate.’

Jack was set to fly out to Fiji to appear on Love Island Games but pulled out after the incident.

In July last year, Jack revealed he had split from his girlfriend Jodie Ella, and he has recently been spending time with Chloe again.

It comes after it emerged Chloe was reportedly being lined-up for Celebrity Big Brother ahead of the show’s return to screens next month.

Controversial TOWIE star Chloe, who is currently suspended from the ITVBe show, could join a host of stars in the Big Brother house including Shirley Ballas, Rebekah Vardy and Louis Walsh.

A source told The Sun: ‘Chloe Brockett is in talks to appear on the show – nothing is signed yet but she’s really excited and can’t stop telling people.

‘She grew up watching the show and her return to TOWIE is still uncertain so it would be a good show to do while she’s waiting to see if she’ll go back to it.

ITV already know Chloe is great TV.’

A Big Brother spokesperson told MailOnline: ‘Any names for Celebrity Big Brother are purely speculation.’

MailOnline contacted a representative for Chloe for comment.

Chloe was suspended from TOWIE last year after she allegedly threw three tumbler glasses at her co-star Roman Hackett during a heated argument while filming in Essex.

While the cast list still hasn’t been confirmed, the reality show is returning for two separate editions in 2024, including a trip to Bali.

A source told The Sun: ‘Chloe Brockett still doesn’t know if she’s returning to the show after her suspension.

‘The cast haven’t even been told who is going to Bali and who isn’t.

‘It’s all hanging in the balance – Chloe makes great TV though so behind the scenes, everyone thinks she’ll go back.’

At the time, the cast of the ITV series were said to have been ‘appalled’ by Chloe’s behaviour and called for her to be axed from the show permanently.

A TOWIE spokesperson confirmed to MailOnline at the time: ‘Chloe Brockett will not be returning to filming for the remainder of the series.’

‘Most of the cast are absolutely appalled by Chloe’s behaviour and do not believe she should be allowed to come back,’ a source told The Sun. ‘They are grouping together and discussing how they will not shoot scenes with her in the future and want her to be axed from the show for good.’

The source added: ‘They believe it’s a bad look for the show to allow someone back into the cast with a history of violence and, to be frank, the majority of them wouldn’t feel safe filming with her in the future. If she can do this twice, they believe she is capable of it again.’

Chloe was said to have apologised to Roman after the incident.
