Drew Barrymore is 49! The star looks thrilled as she is given flowers and balloons when arriving to the NYC set of her talk show
Drew Barrymore looked happy as she arrived to the New York City set of her talk show on Thursday, which was also her 49th birthday.
Her staff, including co-host Ross Matthews, sang Happy Birthday to her, put a festive gold party hat on, gave her a bouquet of orange tulips and followed her as she headed into the studio to find more surprises.
As the E.T. star danced her way down the hallway in a pink cable-knit sweater and pajama pants with a robe-like cardigan and a white knit beanie, her staff popped out of their office doors to wish her a happy birthday and she stopped to hug each one.
Eventually, Drew – who got to ride the Oscar Meyer Weiner Mobile this week – got to her office where her door was decorated festively and she opened it to show the flowers, balloons and gifts inside.
‘There’s no other way I’d want to spend my 49th birthday than here with my @drewbarrymoreshow family,’ she captioned the video she shared on Instagram.

Her co-host and staff then surprised her with a ride in the iconic Oscar Meyer Weinermobile.
Barrymore was spotted exiting the hot dog-inspired vehicle with a huge grin on her face.
Filming a special birthday episode of her CBS series, the star light brown hair was styled in a side part and loose curls as she pulled the locks back.
The 50 First Dates star and Matthew were so excited as they exited the Weinermobile.
