Alley Marie (@alleymarie.b) wasn’t so confident in her boyfriend’s fidelity.
Hoping to discover is he had left his house one night without telling her, she got creative.
“Anytime I think about the time I went to his house in the middle of the night and felt his truck engine to see if it was hot, to know if he had left his house or not,” she began in the clip.
With a kooky smile on her face, she wound up her hand and gave herself a solid punch in the head to express how mortified she was by her own behavior.
“Have to knock some sense back into me,” she wrote in the caption, realizing it was a big mistake.
A song played in the background whose lyrics revealed her thoughts: “You think I’m psycho don’t you?”
After one person commented on her apparel, she revealed that she even “wore camo that night” to avoid getting caught.
Others, however, said they’ve been in the same boat.
“I found a receipt that was too high for a one-person lunch. I called the company to get a copy of the receipt saying I ‘lost it.’ Turns out he ordered a dessert and tea, that’s why it was more,” one person wrote.
“A friend said her grandmother used to put a penny on top of the tire to see if they left,” revealed another.
“Not me putting myself as the Wi-Fi router main contact, so I can see who connects to the Wi-Fi when I’m not there,” a third admitted.
And a fourth was happy to not have to deal with all that: “This reminds me why being single is peaceful! A lot of insane confessions going on here.”
