“It was my first time being there. It was a good song, I was singing my head off as a ten years old.

“I thought that if I did make it – I was playing football at the time a little bit – then that would be my walk-on.

“I will have it for the time being. I haven’t thought about changing it.”

However, Littler has admitted a change made my Premier League rival Price has left him confused on that topic.

He continued: “Gezzy Price went from Ice Ice Baby to Katie Perry. That was weird.”

Fans will hear Littler’s walk-on song again when he returns home for Manchester leg of the Darts Premier League on Thursday.

“He says to me, ‘never going to have time for Football Champs anymore?’ I said: ‘I know.’ But luckily Football Champs finishes on a Tuesday now.

“I will be back tonight, qualifying and playing. When I am abroad and I cannot take my travel case.

“But when we went to Brighton, I just take my travel Xbox. It’s a suitcase, you flip it up, it has the little screen, two controllers, you have a wireless phone.

“You put your phone on it and it charges. Target got it for me.”

Littler picked up his first win in the Premier League with 6-4 win in the final of last Thursday’s night in Belfast.

He remains behind world No1 Humphries but has strengthened his grip on earning a spot in the play-offs on May 23.

Meanwhile, Gerwyn Price has struggled to find form and is second from bottom in the Prem standings, having the final just once so far.
