Andrew Tate tweeted a link to a Romanian article saying that one of the influencer brothers was taken to hospital – adding that the ‘Matrix attacked me’.
Tate, a British citizen and former professional kickboxer who has amassed 4.4 million followers on Twitter, is currently in custody in Romania with brother Tristan.
They were arrested last week as part of an ongoing investigation into rape and human trafficking allegations.
Tate today shared a link to Romanian news website Spy News, which reports that one of the brothers has been taken to hospital following a routine medical checkup while in custody.

In an ambiguous tweet, the 36-year-old said: “The Matrix attacked me. But they misunderstand, you can’t kill an idea. Hard to kill.’
One of the brothers allegedly informed a doctor about a pre-existing health problem, which resulted in a consultation at a hospital in Bucharest.
They are now back in a detention center, the website reports.
It comes after four more luxury vehicles were seized earlier this week as part of the social media personality investigation.
Prosecutors investigating the case have seized the additional vehicles on top of 11 others seized in raids last week, said Ramona Bolla, a spokesman for the Romanian anti-organized crime organization DIICOTs.
At least seven of the seized vehicles — some of which are limited editions, worth up to $300,000, according to local media — are in the names of Tate and his brother Tristan, who were detained last week in the same case, she said .
Some of the other vehicles are not registered or have no documentation.
Bolla also said more than 10 properties or land owned by companies registered with the Tate brothers have so far been seized in the investigation.
Among the collection of cars seized by authorities is a Rolls-Royce Wraith from the automaker’s Black Badge range and an Aston Martin Vanquish S Ultimate, both of which can be seen in videos posted online by Tate.

Two other female suspects – Georgiana Naghel and Luana Radu – were also taken into custody in Bucharest on December 29 on suspicion of human trafficking, rape and forming an organized crime group.
They have denied all allegations, with Tate’s representative Avocat Vidineac Eugen Constatin saying they would appeal the judge’s decision.
DIICOTs said in a statement last week that it has identified six victims who suffered “acts of physical violence and mental coercion” and were sexually exploited by group members.
The agency said two British citizens in the case lured victims into performing pornographic acts designed to gain “significant financial gain” under the pretext of love, and later harassment, constant surveillance and other control tactics.
All four suspects are expected to appear before a court in Bucharest next week to appeal against a judge’s decision last week to extend their arrest warrant from 24 hours to 30 days, Bolla said.
The Tate brothers will also appear in court next week to appeal the confiscation of some of their belongings.
