Brooke revealed an important piece of wisdom on Twitter: Consistency is the key to staying in shape. “If we continue to improve our health and appearance, how can it decrease? Staying consistent is our source of youth :),” she tweeted.

Brooke once told Lose your weight that she has an intense approach to fitness. She works out with her dad in the morning six days a week, doing 30 minutes of cardio exercise and an hour of weightlifting. She also revealed on Twitter that she occasionally goes to the gym twice. “Feel good, do it 2x a day! Who else brings sexy back?” she wrote.

If you want to lose weight, go on a diet, says Brooke. “I feel great at this weight, but I’ve started dieting again,” she shared OKAY! Magazine. “I’m doing my best to lose even more weight. You have to stick to the old-fashioned bodybuilder diet of eggs, fish, chicken, meat and broccoli.”

Brooke is all about self love. “I do. I love my body,” she told OK! “Fat or not, I’m firm. I don’t have cellulite. I’m happy with the way I am. People should know, I’m just doing the diet for the entertainment business. It’s not really what you’re supposed to do to get there in real life to look out.”
Brooke claims that getting rid of excess baggage helps shed excess weight. “I wore these shorts in Key West a few months ago. They were tight. I had to pull them every which way to get them on after they dried off. Emotionally, (and I won’t say subconsciously, because my gut sent emergency torches ), I was constantly pouring my full cup of love, honesty and commitment into someone else’s empty cup, not realizing I was neglecting myself in the process,” she wrote. “This is a direct result of breaking free from toxic relationships and people with a low vibration. If your gut tells you something is wrong (or a little fluffier than usual), check your business. Who you let into your space is everything. Adjust your sphere, and you will find your tribe. So grateful for the constant awakening.’
Brooke also likes yoga — even when goats are involved. “I still can’t get over this absolutely incredible experience we had yesterday with little baby goats! So good for the soul! #goatyoga #pleasure #fit #healthy‘ she captioned this photo.
“I eat when my body tells me I need something, but I try not to eat too late at night. When I do, no carbs,” Brooke told Shed Your Weight. Her diet is “super clean, all organic” and “very healthy.” She eats small meals and healthy snacks, including almonds, walnuts, grapes, fruit, salad, tuna with low-fat mayonnaise, LaraBar energy bar, organic mac and cheese, and low carb vanilla crackers.
