Carolina Gaitán in bathing suit enjoys “Miami Sundays”

Carolina Gaitán is one of the most famous Latin American singers and artists. She is best known for her work on the hit movie and soundtrack Encanto. Gaitán just shared a stunning new set of photos on Instagram. In it, she was sitting on a towel on a beach in Miami. Gaitán wore a shimmering green bathing suit and a striped bucket hat and looked stunning. She captioned the post, “Miami Sundays.” How does she stay so fit? Gaitán talked about her wellness routine on Instagram. She says she had to change her approach to eating because of some health issues. “For anyone who is wondering about my weight, I tell you: now I eat more often in a day than before, I have suffered from gastritis and ulcers since I was 14 years old, so I have to eat every 3 hours and I am very be sensible with that. This is also advisable to make my colon work better and my metabolism to be fast, as it should be.”

Gaitán hasn’t just changed when she eats. She also cut some ingredients from her diet. She revealed on Instagram that she had to cut out gluten. She writes on Instagram,I’ve given up on gluten because it’s so negative for the body and brain.” Harvard Health states: “People with celiac disease avoid illness and maintain much better health when they eat a gluten-free diet. For them, a gluten-free diet is downright essential. And then there are people who are described as gluten-sensitive. Their tests for celiac disease are negative (normal) , but when they eat foods containing gluten, they experience symptoms such as bloating, diarrhea or crampy abdominal pain. One cause is wheat allergy, a condition that can be diagnosed by skin testing. But for many others, “the diagnosis remains uncertain.” Some have started calling this non-celiac gluten hypersensitivity an ill-defined condition about which we still have a lot to learn.”

In addition to eating better, Gaitán is also working on her condition. She says on Instagram that she is working on her condition. In particular, she incorporates more cardio. “Now I exercise more than before,” she writes. “I take care of my heart and my muscles by doing cardio and other exercises.”

Gaitán has no time for negativity.
