Coleman also likes to use equipment, such as resistance bands. in this video, Coleman does various exercises with the band around her legs. She does things like glute kicks, squats and lunges. She captioned the video: “You can do this at home, at the gym, or outdoors. I used a resistance band and a chair. Repeat x 4.”
