Clare Crawley in bathing suit says “Don’t be afraid”

Clare Crawley is an icon in the Bachelor education franchise. She first entered the series in 2014, placing second that year The Bachelor season, establishing himself as a memorable contestant. She then appeared on the spin-offs, Bachelor in Paradise and as a protagonist in the 2020 season of The Bachelorette, where she notably walked out and was replaced by Tayshia Adams. Crawley and her fiancé are on vacation and she posts some highlights on Instagram. In one video, she went on a snorkeling trip. In one photo, she posed on her hotel balcony at sunset. Crawley wore two bathing suits, one yellow, the other navy blue and white. She captioned the photo: “No sunset in Dubai.” Crawley captioned the video, “So today we went snorkelling! ? I was convinced there were sharks waiting to circle us, octopuses that would cling to our legs and all the other creatures my nightmares are made of. But when we got there, beyond my fears, it was the most beautiful serene space I never would have known had I let fear win. Crawley spends a lot of time outside. She likes to do a lot of outdoor activities to keep in shape. One thing Crawley likes to do is run. She shared this picture on Instagram of herself about to go for a run. She captioned it, “Time to tie the shoelaces and get some fresh air. Making a new playlist… Ladies, send in your best songs. Crawley also recently ran and shared a marathon this picture of itself after completing it.

Crawley is an avid snowboarder. She and her fiancé took a trip to the mountains last November, and she shared highlights on Instagram. Crawley shared this video self snowboarding. She captioned it, “The cliff tones of my first day of snowboarding in a few years! Bit of a learning curve, but had the time of my life!”

Crawley enjoys cycling as a way to stay in shape. She shared this picture on Instagram of herself on a ride, with the caption “Sunshine >.” The Cleveland Clinic reports that cycling has many advantages. “Cycling is often recommended as a low-impact and engaging workout for people of all ages. It’s an aerobic exercise and helps strengthen your heart, blood vessels and lungs.”

Another outdoor activity Crawley likes to do to stay in shape is swimming. She shares many photos of herself in the water on Instagram. Crawley shared this series of photos of itself in the ocean. She captioned it, “Does anyone else feel like they fight for their lives every wave and then celebrate when you survive!? Each. Time.” Crawley also shared this reel of herself and her fiancé taking a dip in the river in Tahoe City.

Crawley makes sure he eats healthy. One thing she eats a lot is different fruits. Crawley posted this picture on Instagram of herself enjoying a fresh papaya. She captioned it, “Came straight to the source! The obsession continues…” She also posted this picture enjoying themselves with a fruit salad by the pool. She captioned it, “Forever obsessed with fruit! Strawberries = vitamin C. Papaya = fiber. Pineapple = manganese. Raspberries = potassium. Honeydew = folic acid. Blueberries = antioxidants. Cantaloupe = beta-carotene.”
