Tom Sandoval — who has been on the Bravo series since its premiere in 2013 — was no stranger to reality TV. He first came on screen in 2006 in an uncredited role The hills. After making a name for themselves Pump rulesthe Missouri native landed a role in the 2021 Lifetime original movie, The wrong broker. He played alongside Vivica A. Vos, Andres Londono And Gina Hiraizumi in the thriller as Connor, a creepy handyman.
Sandoval isn’t the only actor among his costars. Scheana Shay had several TV cameos before making it big on the reality series. The “Scheananigans” podcast host had an uncredited role on the ABC Family show Greek in 2007. She then scored a small role in the Disney Channel series Jonasstarring the Jonas Brothers. Shay played the pizza delivery boy, Maria, whom the brothers all had a crush on.
After performing with the JoBros, the “Good as Gold” singer went on to land small roles 90210, Victorious And Femme Fatales before finally joining the Pump rules family and pursuing other endeavours.
When Stassi Schroeder signed up to participate Pump rules in the premiere season, she had previous reality TV experience. Schroeder and her family competed on Season 8 of the Amazing Race which aired in 2005. She raced for the million dollar prize alongside her parents and younger brother, but ultimately finished in seventh place. The model also participated in the reality series of The N queen bee in 2008 before joining the Bravo show five years later.
While filming Pump rulesSchroeder joined the cast of the fourth Sharknado movie, Sharknado: The 4th Awakens. She played alongside Ian Ziering, Tara Reid, David Hasselhoff and more. The Next level base author portrayed Koening, who was the Astro-X Manager for New York City. Schroeders Pump rules costar – and ex-boyfriend – Jack Taylor also had a cameo in the movie as one of the national guards.
The last Vanderpump Rules star to dip their toes in the acting pool Ariana Madix. The Florida native made headlines in March 2023 when she and ex Sandoval split after nearly nine years together after finding out he cheated on her with costar Rachel Leviss.
That same month deadline announced that Madix has landed a role in the upcoming Lifetime original movie buy my daughter back. She previously had a role in a small film titled, Swing Vote: Which Side Are You On? in 2008 and was featured in the 2021 series paradise city.
