Elnaaz tries to keep food fun. “I bring my signature style and flair to everything I’m a part of — even cooking,” she shared The free press journal. “I’m always working on something exciting and I like to keep things interesting.”

Elnaaz prioritises hydration. She told The Free Press Journal that she drinks “water, lots and lots of water.” Two other go-to drinks? “Then maybe black tea, green tea or coffee.” According to the US National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine, men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids per day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.


Elnaaz has been a vegetarian for a few years now. “I became a vegetarian for health reasons and also because I wanted to live more sustainably and not harm animals. I enjoy Caesar salad, falafel, any kind of dal and asparagus with hollandaise sauce,” she said. “For breakfast I have: Eggs; I like them best with dates. It’s a southern Iranian way of making eggs. You should try it. My lunch is: Sabzi roti and dal or a rice dish. Occasionally eat I like breading. A must with my meals: A bowl of salad. My evening snack is: Protein bar/shake/biscuits. Sometimes Maggie — if diet allows. For dinner, I have: Salads, sabzi, soup, or even a burger if I have a day off My favorite desserts are: Tiramisu and jalebi.”


In addition to meat and fish, Elnaaz refuses to consume a few other things. “I avoid refined sugars completely. I only have Himalayan salt, normal salt is pretty much toxic to our bodies. I make a conscious point to always have organic fruits and vegetables,” she said.
“Yoga, working out in the gym and dancing” are Elnaaz’s go-to workouts. “My sessions at the gym usually last about an hour. I don’t like doing cardio at the gym, so my dance classes usually count as my cardio. I do weight training with my personal trainer and before going to the gym, I try not to eat anything heavy, maybe an apple or I just eat an hour and a half before I workout.
