Fred Warner of the San Francisco 49ers and Sydney Hightower’s relationship timeline
It’s all in the DMs! Sydney Warner (née Hightower) caught immediately Fred Warner‘s eye after her early elimination of The Bachelor.

After less than a year of dating, the San Francisco 49ers athlete popped the question in May 2021.
“I wish us good luck, glory. There will be mountains you will not move,” Sydney wrote via Instagram at the time, sharing images of her husband’s proposal. “Still, I’ll always be there for you ?.”
The couple got married a year later in June 2022 in the presence of some of her Bachelor Nation friends.
“I will never be able to express the magic of June 25 in words. The love and support that filled those walls was inescapable,” the bride wrote on Instagram a month later. “I am still in awe that I get to be the wife of this incredible man and love him for the rest of our days. We will cherish these photos and memories forever.”
Since tying the knot, Sydney has become the No. 1 linebacker cheerleader at his NFL games. However, it was “absolutely difficult” for her to adjust to the possibility of injury.
“It’s not as easy as you think it would be, you know, everything is going great for most of the game and it only takes a second for everything to change,” the Alabama native confessed. “A memorable night. So proud of you #54 ♥️ see you in Philly Faithful,” she ignited via Instagram in January, sharing a video of her kissing her husband after his team beat the Dallas Cowboys.
Fred replied at the time, “Anything for you mama.”
