In her recent post, Agyeman talked about making time for herself. She says she’s prioritizing her self-care more. “What I’ve come to realize is this. No one is going to give me time for self-care. I need to actively take that time and make it ~ FOR ME. Without feeling selfish. Without feeling guilty. It’s not just okay, it’s necessary And I feel my whole being thanks me for it And self-care, in my book, sees wholesome discipline turn the wheel with exuberant fun-filled pleasure Do the work and then go to a plaaay!!!!for us to be happy with our lives! Because we might only get this one. But of course life can be tough and the rush is real. And we don’t always feel like there’s time to prioritize ourselves amid the rat race of survival.”
Agyeman learns how to practice yoga and documents her progress on Instagram. She shared this photo and video of herself in different poses.
