Gracie Hunt feels peaceful in her swimsuit. Showing off her incredible figure in a swimsuit, the beauty queen and fitness influencer is getting all zen in one of her latest social media posts. “Your mind is like water. When it’s turbulent it’s hard to see. When it’s calm everything becomes clear. Always make time to find your inner peace,” she captioned the Instagram photo of herself in a pool . In one of Gracie’s Blogs, she revealed her diet and workout secrets. “I’m obsessed with breakfast!” she confessed. “The first meal of the day fires up your metabolism and helps provide the energy and focus you need to work efficiently throughout the day. One of my favorites is this delicious and vitamin-packed smoothie bowl with berries and a vegan matcha latte.

Gracie nourishes her body with healthy food. “Eating a nutritious lunch helps reduce stress and provides the fuel your body needs to handle the midday grind. I like to keep my energy up with a sweet potato and quinoa salad with cauliflower and turmeric on the side,” writes she. For a snack, she slices up some tomatoes and pairs them with light mozzarella and “just a splash” of balsamic vinegar and olive oil. “Don’t underestimate the power of snacks,” she says.

Gracie ends the day with a complementary meal. “Dinner is an important part of the day, making up for the nutrients that may have been missed during the day. That’s why I eat something packed with protein, like a shrimp and lentil salad,” she writes. And no, she doesn’t skip dessert. “Since I have a sweet tooth, I like a dessert that is delicious and satisfies my craving, but also somewhat healthy. I love making this simple, one-ingredient banana ice cream. Plus, you don’t need an ice cream maker for this rich and silky-smooth delight!”

Gracie loves yoga. “Yoga is a great way to actively help your body recover and stretch, which helps prevent injury while also being active and exercising properly. It’s no surprise that I’m hungry after pushing myself to the limit during CorePower!” she says.

“HIIT workouts are one of my favorites,” Gracie claims. “They burn more calories, target multiple muscle groups at once, and can also lower blood sugar and blood pressure. Just remember: HIIT & Don’t Quit!”

Gracie is also a runner. She has even completed two marathons. According to the Mayo clinicRunning is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building and weight loss. “For every mile walked, the average person burns about 100 calories,” they say.

After breakfast in the morning, Gracia does Kayla Itsines’ morning stretch video. “Stretching is essential for recovery and is a great way to get your body moving in the morning!” she says. “Don’t consider stretching a warm-up. You can hurt yourself if you stretch cold muscles. Before stretching, warm up with light walking, jogging or cycling at a low intensity for 5 to 10 minutes. In fact, stretch after your workout when your muscles are warm,” says de Mayo clinic. “Consider skipping stretching before an intense activity, such as sprinting or track and field activities. Some studies suggest that pre-event stretching may actually impair performance. Research has also shown that stretching just before an event weakens hamstring strength.”
