Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor has been under surveillance from the time she was born to Boney Kapoor and the late Sridevi. There is no denying that celebrities are under a lot of pressure and their every move is judged by people. Recently, Janhvi opened up about the pressures she faces and all the extra attention she has to deal with. She reveals how people point to her no matter what, but in the end those things won’t last forever, scroll below to know what else she said.

Janhvi made her acting debut in 2018 with Karan Johar’s Dhadak opposite Ishaan Khatter. It was directed by Shashank Khaitan and based on Nagraj Manjules Sairat. In recent years, a strong debate about nepotism has swept Bollywood and Janhvi has also been sucked into it. The actress often gets cheated on because of her clothes or her comments or whatever.

Recently, Janhvi Kapoor, speaking at the India Today conclave, shared her thoughts on the attention she is receiving from her family and says she is aware that she is under the public eye. She said, “I know people are waiting to point a finger at me. If one day I smile too much for my gym, they say, ‘Dekho kitni eager, kitni desperate hain.’”

Janhvi continued, “If I’m having a bad day, have a huge pimple on my face and want to look down and just walk, start my shoot or get it over with, it’s like ‘Kitni ghamandi hain’ .”

Janhvi Kapoor concluded by saying that these opinions will not last and her work will continue. She said, “Opinions don’t last, what lasts is your job, what you think of yourself. All these things are not tangible. Glad I’m getting attention. Everybody loves it. But you can’t take it to your head. Relevance is not permanent. Whatever attention I get in the beginning today, it was because of my parents. Even now, a big part of it is due to the family I was born into. And maybe a little bit now, I’d like to think it’s because of the work that I do. That’s what it comes down to: work. It doesn’t come down to the shorts I wore to the gym. Those are not the things I want to be known for.”

On a professional level, Janhvi Kapoor will share the screen with Varun Dhawan in Bawaal by Nitesh Tiwari. She is all set to make her Telugu debut with NTR-30 in Jr NTR-Koratala Siva project.
