Musical wonder! The Rare Family Photos of Amanda Seyfried and Thomas Sadoski
Amanda Seyfrieddarlings! The actress shares two children with her husband Thomas Sadoskic and has provided a rare glimpse into their family life over the years.
The Mama Mia! star started dating the Newsroom alum in 2016 after previous relationships with Dominic Cooper and Justin Long. The couple tied the knot in March of the following year.
“We ran away,” the actor said James Corden at the time. “We just moved into the country with an officiant and just the two of us, and we did our thing. … It was everything it should be. We were just talking.”
The bride joked two months earlier that she was “married so many times” on screen and wanted a small marriage of her own.
“I don’t want a white dress!” told the then pregnant star Vogue Australia in January 2017. “I’ve worn so many. The fact is, things like that are less about the ceremony and more about the dedication. … I’ve never been more excited by anything in my life. And finished.”
The couple’s first child, a girl, was born in the same month as their ceremony. As for their baby boy, he arrived in September 2020 after Seyfried kept her pregnancy a secret amid the coronavirus pandemic.
The little one’s arrival came a year after Sadoski told it exclusively Us Weekly that he wanted more children with the mean girls star.
“Hopefully! It’s all up to her. She’s leading that ship,” said the Connecticut resident in December 2019. “It’s honestly super heroic work to grow a human being. Superheroes live among us and they’re called women. Because that’s actually something I don’t care how that happens, but it is and it’s unbelievable. If she decides she’s ready to use her superpower to bring another human into the world, do I’d love to come along. She’s an incredible mother.”
Watching the Pennsylvania native’s birth was an “amazing experience,” Sadoski went on to gush at U.S.
“It was just really cool to be there with the person I love and share that moment, but she also gave me very strict instructions – ‘Keep shrugging!'” Life in pieces said star. “We just had a really nice bonding experience throughout the whole thing.”
