Romanian publication Gandul reported that a representative of the country’s Administration of Impaired Assets (ANABI) had sent a request to Dubai officials in the United Arab Emirates to confiscate the sports car and hand it over to Romania.

After approval from Dubai, the car will be transported to Romania where it will be in a warehouse until it is released or charged. Police have already seized a fleet of vehicles belonging to the Tate brothers, their property and a collection of luxury watches.

If charged, the Romanian court will determine any financial damages or costs incurred by Andrew and Tristan Tate, which will then be written off their accounts.
