Ukraine live briefing: Zelensky meets EU leaders in Brussels after France and UK visits

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will continue his visit to Western Europe in Brussels on Thursday, where he will meet with leaders and address the European Parliament, EU officials said, saying the meetings will explore legal avenues to use frozen Russian assets to to pay for reconstruction in Ukraine. He previously visited Britain and France and reiterated his calls for fighter jets and heavy weapons.
