But it wasn’t just the Home And Away star’s dress that had fans talking.
The 40-year-old’s ample cleavage was hard to miss, prompting eagle-eyed fans to wonder whether Pia had a boob job.
Pia’s eye-popping bust almost spilled out of her dress thanks to its tight fitting, low-cut sweetheart neckline.

Fans have weighed in on the debate since the latest photos of Pia surfaced, with one writing: ‘Looks like she had her implants supersized’.
Pia has never publicly responded to plastic surgery rumours.
However that hasn’t stopped experts from speculating she has used surgery to enhanced her genetically-blessed looks in the past.

Dr Anthony Youn, a prominent American plastic surgeon, told Woman’s Day magazine in 2020 that Pia may have gone under the knife.
‘It appears she might have undergone a recent breast augmentation. Her new breasts fit her frame well,’ he speculated.
The interview came shortly after Pia started dating Patrick in December 2019.
The pair were secretly wed in 2021, prompting Pia to move from her home in Australia to Patrick’s mansion in Los Angeles.
